By booking or attending an event at L S Farm House Rental Noida, you agree to the following terms.
Booking Terms
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A signed agreement and advance payment are required to confirm any date.
Event Rules
- Music and amplified sound must comply with local Noida noise regulations.
- Outside vendors must be approved in advance.
- Guests are expected to maintain decorum on the premises.
Property Usage
The venue is to be used only for the purpose stated in your booking. Damages to property, landscaping or fixtures will be billed to the booking party.
Liability
L S Farm House Rental Noida is not liable for personal injury, loss of valuables or damage to belongings during an event or stay. Guests participate at their own risk.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Please refer to our Refund Policy for applicable charges.
Payment Terms
Full payment must be cleared before the event start time. Accepted modes include bank transfer, UPI and approved digital payments.
User Responsibilities
The booking party is responsible for the conduct of all invitees and any incidental damages caused during the event.
