Advance Payment Terms
A non-refundable advance is required to confirm any booking. Final balance is due prior to the event date.
Cancellation Timeline
- 30+ days before event: Up to 75% refund of payment received (excluding advance).
- 15–29 days before event: Up to 40% refund.
- Less than 15 days: No refund applicable.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only if cancellation is communicated in writing within the timelines above and approved by management.
Event Rescheduling
Rescheduling is permitted once, subject to availability and a transfer fee, when requested at least 21 days in advance.
Force Majeure
In case of natural calamities, government restrictions or unforeseen events beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule. Monetary refunds may not apply.
